Frog Bench Farms is a small urban farm growing on 1.5 acres in the heart of Salt Lake City. We are proud to share fresh, nutritious seasonal produce year-round to local restaurants and markets in our neighborhood. We are driven to create delicious and sustainable food, nourish our land and local community, and share what we grow and learn along the way.

CREATE

At our farm, we strive to steward our land with sustainability at our core. Utilizing practices such as solar power, water collection, compost, and beneficial insects, we grow healthful veggies, greens, fruits, microgreens, and herbs. We also create new and beautiful Secondary Products from our fresh goods, from herbal infusions to decorative wreaths to wine-vinegars and more.

 

NOURISH

 

As a small, diversified farm, we focus on sharing the highest quality produce and secondary products. We are proud to grow in soil all year round, ensuring our food has that delicious and nutritious bite. All our products are processed in our UDAF (Utah Department of Agriculture and Food) approved kitchen, and we never add any inorganic additives/chemicals in our growing and processing practices. We love to eat what we grow and create, and we want you to feel good doing the same.

 

SHARE

We are proud to share our products with local restaurant partners and farmers markets. Nothing brings us more joy than the connections we form with chefs and market customers! Education is also something we deeply value, and we welcome opportunities to share our practices with school groups and local organizations. We are thrilled to be part of the ever-evolving, passionate food community here in Salt Lake City.
