Secondary Products

Proudly grown, processed, and packaged in-house: Secondary Products allow us to creatively extend the life of so many of the things we grow here at the farm. With these products, we minimize food waste, provide more product variety throughout the year, and increase access to healthful goods within our community. Secondary products are available at all farmers markets, by special order, and for our wholesale clients.

  • Wine Vinegars

    • Small batch vinegars made from our own home-grown wine. Our grapes are hand harvested from our 10-year old vineyard right here in Salt Lake City.

      • Red Wine Vinegar: Made from a our field blend of Cabernet Franc and Noiriet wines.

      • White Wine Vinegar: made from our Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonel, or Riesling wines.

      • Rosé Wine Vinegar: made from our Chancellor rosé.

  • Herbal Infusions

    • Brew them as an herbal tea, add them to your bathwater, turn them into tinctures, and more! Each of our herbal infusion blends are formulated for taste and beneficial properties. 

  • Dried herbs

    • We offer a wide selection of dried herbs– the freshest and most local you can find! These include popular favorites such as oregano, thyme, rosemary, dill, tarragon, sage, mint, and lavender. We also offer specialty herbs such as shiso, chive blossoms, echinacea, yarrow, and a dried edible flower mix (nature’s sprinkles!).

  • Freeze-Dried Snacks

    • From sweet and sour snacks such as apples, rhubarb, plums, strawberries, and blackberries to savory snacks such as carrots, snap peas, and beets.

  • Future Value Added Products

    • We are always developing new and exciting things here at Frog Bench. Be on the lookout for future projects such as hydrosols, soup mixes, and more!
